RESOLUTION NO. 2019-224
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE YEAR FARM LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH DOUG BRUNS, FOR FARMING
APPROXIMATELY 28.4 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 20 AND WEST OF
KIMBALL AVENUE, FOR A TOTAL YEARLY PAYMENT OF
$800, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the on -year Farm Lease Agreement dated April 8, 2019 between Doug Bruns and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to farm approximately 28.4 acres of land generally located south of Highway 20
and west of Kimball Avenue for a total yearly payment of $800, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April 2019.
