RESOLUTION NO. 2019-236
RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AS MAY 6, 2019 TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY BLACK
HAWK CONTRACTING & DEVELOPMENT TO VACATE 1
FOOT 1 INCH OF A 15 FOOT STORM SEWER EASEMENT
LOCATED SOUTH OF 1019 VERMONT STREET, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of May 2019,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by Black Hawk Contracting &
Development to vacate 1 foot 1 inch of a 15 foot storm sewer easement located south of 1019
Vermont Street.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
