RESOLUTION NO. 2019-240
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 SIDEWALK AND TRAIL
REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 9, CONTRACT NO. 969.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2019-239, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Sidewalk and Trail Repair Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 969, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on april 15, 2019 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
