RESOLUTION NO. 2019-241
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) TRAILER MOUNTED SPRAY INJECTION ROAD
REPAIR MACHINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 trailer mounted spray injection road repair
machine, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid document, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 trailer mounted spray injection road repair
machine, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 15, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of
one (1) trailer mounted spray injection road repair machine, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
