RESOLUTION NO. 2019-243
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO STAR EQUIPMENT OF
WATERLOO, IA IN THE AMOUNT OF $72,072, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
TRAILER MOUNTED SPRAY INJECTION ROAD REPAIR
MACHINE FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of Star Equipment of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72,072, for the purchase of one
(1) trailer mounted spray injection road repair machine for the Street Department, as described in
the specifications adopted by this council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2019-241, after
public hearing on April 15, 2019, on published notice required by law, is hereby accepted and
awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
