RESOLUTION NO. 2019-250
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
DES MOINES, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$105,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UPTON AVENUE
DETENTION BASIN DESIGN, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 15, 2019, between Stanley Consultants, Inc.
of Des Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $105,500, in
conjunction with the Upton Avenue Detention Basin Design, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
