RESOLUTION NO. 2019-253
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY SERVICE ROOFING
COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$84,751.75, FOR THE 2018 PUBLIC WORKS - OLD CMC
BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Service Roofing Company of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the 2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building Roof Replacement Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Service Roofing Company has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $84,751.75.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Service Roofing Company, at a total cost of $84,751.75, in conjunction
with the 2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building Roof Replacement Project, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 2019.
