RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM IVAN FRIZELL FOR A FAMILY
SUMMER FISH FRY AND BARBECUE TO BE HELD AT LS
EXCHANGE PARK SHELLER ON JUNE 29, 2019, FROM 11:30
A.M. TO 11:00 P.M., INCLUDING A DJ AND PA SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Ivan Frizell has requested a variance to the Noise Ordinance to hold a family
fish fry and barbecue on June 29, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to be held at LS Exchange
Park shelter, including a DJ and PA system, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Ivan Frizell for a variance to the Noise Ordinance on
June 29, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to hold a family fish fry and barbecue at LS
Exchange Park shelter, including a DJ and PA system, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April 2019.
