RESOLUTION NO. 2019-257
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 916 DENVER
STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $196.11, AND AUTHORIZE
CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY
TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 916 Denver Street in the amount of $196.11, Sewer ($112.15), Storm
($14.20), and Garbage ($69.76) fees, are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April 2019.
