RESOLUTION NO. 2019-261
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 6, 2019, TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE AND
CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF
2510 LEVERSEE ROAD, TO PROSPER FARM NETWORK,
LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND TO APPROVE A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
A TRUCK WASH, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of May 2019,
to approve the sale and conveyance of city owned property located northeast of 2510 Leversee
Road, to Prosper Farm Network, LLC, in the amount of $1.00, and to approve a Development
Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement for the development of a truck wash.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April 2019.
