RESOLUTION NO. 2019-266
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) 2019 SKID -STEER LOADER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 Skid -Steer Loader, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid document, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 Skid -Steer Loader, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 22, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of
one (1) 2019 Skid -Steer Loader, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April 2019.
