RESOLUTION NO. 2019-267
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2019 SKID -STEER LOADER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-266, specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of one (1) 2019 Skid -Steer Loader, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April 2019.
