RESOLUTION NO. 2019-274
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH KOELKER PROPERTIES, LLC, TO
ALLOW FOR ACCESS TO CITY OWNED PARCELS BEFORE
CONVEYANCE, FOR SURVEY AND EARTH
MOVING WORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THREE
INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS WITHIN FIVE (5) YEARS,
GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF 3070 WEST AIRLINE
HIGHWAY, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated April 22, 2019, between Koelker Properties, LLC, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow for access to city owned parcels before conveyance, for survey
and earth moving work for the development of three industrial buildings within five (5) years,
generally located west of 3070 West Airline Highway, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April 2019.
