RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM THE VFW FOR A 90TH
ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION TO BE HELD AT 1406
COMMERCIAL STREET ON JUNE 15, 2019 FROM 7:00 P.M. TO
11:00 P.M., INCLUDING LIVE MUSIC AND USE OF A PA
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the VFW has requested to hold a 90th Anniversary Celebration on June 15,
2019 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., to be held at 1406 Commercial Street, including live music
and use of a PA system
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Waterloo VFW to hold a 90th Anniversary
Celebration on June 15, 2019, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at 1406 Commercial street, including
use of a PA system, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2019.
