RESOLUTION NO. 2019-316 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES AT 2127 E. 4TH STREET (FORMER ST. MARY'S RECTORY), 1131 BERTCH AVENUE, 614 W. 7TH STREET, 623 W. 2ND STREET, 322 AND 326 CRESCENT PLACE, 421 LOGAN AVENUE, 154 HARRISON STREET AND 411 E. 8TH STREET. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the asbestos abatement services at 2127 E. 4th Street (former St. Mary's Rectory), 1131 Bertch Avenue, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 322 and 326 Crescent Place, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street and 411 E. 8th Street, and WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the asbestos abatement services at 2127 E. 4th Street (former St. Mary's Rectory), 1131 Bertch Avenue, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 322 and 326 Crescent Place, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street and 411 E. 8th Street, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 6, 2019. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the asbestos abatement services at 2127 E. 4th Street (former St. Mary's Rectory), 1131 Bertch Avenue, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 322 and 326 Crescent Place, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street and 411 E. 8th Street, are hereby approved.
