RESOLUTION NO. 2019-317
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES AT 2127 E. 4TH STREET (FORMER ST. MARY'S
RECTORY), 1131 BERTCH AVENUE, 614 W. 7TH STREET,
623 W. 2ND STREET, 322 AND 326 CRESCENT PLACE, 421
LOGAN AVENUE, 154 HARRISON STREET AND 411 E. 8TH
STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-316, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the asbestos abatement services at 2127 E. 4th Street (former St. Mary's
Rectory), 1131 Bertch Avenue, 614 W. 7th Street, 623 W. 2nd Street, 322 and 326 Crescent
Place, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street and 411 E. 8th Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2019.
