RESOLUTION NO. 2019-324
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 COMPLAINT MOWING
WITH COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-323, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public
hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2019.
