RESOLUTION NO. 2019-331
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$98,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 BIENNIAL
BRIDGE REVIEW PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 6, 2019, between Aecom Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$98,500, in conjunction with the FY 2019 Biennial Bridge Review Program, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
