RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT APPLICATION TO
THE IOWA STATE FIRE MARSHAL DIVISION LOCAL FIRE
PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
GRANT PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of a Grant Application to the Iowa State Fire Marshal Division, Local Fire
Protection and Emergency Medical Services Grant Program in the amount of $15,000, in
conjunction with the purchase of emergency response equipment for the sale and use of
consumer fireworks in the state, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2019.
