RESOLUTION NO. 2019-336
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
SHIVE-HATTERY INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $4,572, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF
WATERLOO TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER REMODEL
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated May 6, 2019, between Shive-Hattery Inc. of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $4,572, in conjunction
with the City of Waterloo Traffic Control Center Remodel Project, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
