RESOLUTION NO. 2019-338
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH OVIVO OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $11,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REMOVAL OF DIGESTER NO. 3 LID, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WA 1'ERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 6, 2019, between Ovivo of Salt Lake City,
Utah, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $11,500, in conjunction with
the removal of the Digester No. 3 lid, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
