ORDINANCE NO. 4816
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (11a) FOURTH STREET (E)
TO SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (11a) Fourth Street (E) is hereby added to
Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(11a) Fourth Street (E) Keystone Street to Lakeside
Street
INTRODUCED: June 5, 2006
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: June 5, 2006
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: June 5, 2006
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: June 5, 2006
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 5th day of June, 2006, and approved by the
Mayor on the 7th day of June, 2006.
