AN ORDINANCE VACATING SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1515 GLENNY
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
First Addition to Russell Heights Lot 9 Block 1, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: June 26, 2006
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: June 26, 2006
