ORDINANCE NO. 4821
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (225) LIBERTY AVENUE
OF SECTION 551, PROHIBITED PARKING AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (225) LIBERTY
AVENUE TO SECTION 551, PROHIBITED PARKING AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (225) Liberty Avenue of Section 551,
Prohibited Parking At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (225) Liberty Avenue of Section 551, Prohibited
Parking At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(225) Liberty Avenue South side from West 9th
Street to Oregon Street; south
side from Wisconsin Street to
Dena Street

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: July 10, 2006
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: July 10, 2006
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: July 10, 2006
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 10th day of July, 2006, and approved by
the Mayor on the 12th day of July, 2006.
