ORDINANCE NO. 4830
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 382 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 381,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Eighty Two (382) .
"382 .
Unplatted Waterloo West, part of the Southeast 1/ of
Section 3 Township 88 Range 13 commencing at a point
681 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast
141, thence West 225 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence
East 225 feet, thence North to the beginning, except
street in Section 3 Township 88 Range 13, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2"
One and Two Family Residence District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
