ORDINANCE NO. 4831
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 383 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 382,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Eighty Three (383) .
"383 .
A part of Block 2 in Liberty Addition to Waterloo, Iowa
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 2 : thence
East along the North line of Block 2 a distance of 20' :
thence South parallel to the West line of Block 2 a
distance of 189 feet : thence deflecting to the left at
an angle of 12°00' a distance of 42 feet : thence
Southeasterly to a point on the South line of Block No.
2 which point is 56 feet East of the Southwest corner
of Block No. 2 : thence West to the Southwest corner of
Block No. 2 a distance of 56 feet : thence North along
the West line of Block No. 2 a distance of 267 feet to
point of beginning, as recorded in Book CLD 572 Page
929, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1"
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One
and Two Family Residence District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
