ORDINANCE NO. 4832
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF RATH
STREET GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF VINTON
STREET, SOUTH OF SYCAMORE STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That portion of the platted Rath Street right-of-way
that lies easterly of the extension Northeasterly of
the Westerly line of Lot 5 Auditor' s Morningside Plat,
and Westerly of the Northerly extension of a line that
is 35 feet Westerly and parallel to the Easterly line
of Lot 7 Auditor' s Morningside Plat, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the
retention of an easement for utility purposes over, under and
upon the above described parcel .

PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: August 28, 2006
