ORDINANCE NO. 4837
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (415) WELLINGTON STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (415)
WELLINGTON STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS;
AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (25) WELLINGTON STREET
OF SECTION 579, NO PARKING ANY TIME EXCEPT
SUNDAY; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (25) WELLINGTON STREET OF SECTION
579, NO PARKING ANY TIME EXCEPT SUNDAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (415) Wellington Street of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (415) Wellington Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(415) Wellington Street Northeast side from West
Mullan Avenue to West 2nd
Street; northeast side from
West 5th Street to Randolph
Street
That Subsection (25) Wellington Street of Section 579, No
Parking Any Time Except Sunday, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (25)
Wellington Street of Section 579, No Parking Any Time Except
Sunday, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(25) Wellington Street North and northeast sides from
West 6th Street to West 7th
