ORDINANCE NO. 4839
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 385 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 384 ,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Eighty Five (385) .
"385 .
That part of Lots Nos . 43, 44 and 45 in Auditor
Rainbow' s Plat No. 4 to Waterloo, Iowa, bound as
follows : Commencing at a point on the west line of
said Lot No. 44 that is 30 . 64 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Lot No. 44; thence 89 degrees
46 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 185 . 6 feet
thence South along a line which is parallel with the
West line of said Lots Nos . 44 and 45 to the South line
of said Lot No. 43; thence West along the South line of
said Lots Nos . 43 and 45 to the Southwest corner of
said Lot No. 45; thence North along the West line of
said Lots Nos . 45 and 44 to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2” One and
Two Family Residence, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3"
Multiple Residence District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
