ORDINANCE NO. 4843
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 19) SOUTHBROOKE
DRIVE OF SECTION 552, NO PARKING BETWEEN
SIGNS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (19) SOUTHBROOKE DRIVE OF SECTION
552, NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (19) Southbrooke Drive of Section 552, No
Parking Between Signs, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection ( 19) Southbrooke
Drive of Section 552, No Parking Between Signs, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
( 19) Southbrooke Drive North side in the 100, 200 and
300 blocks

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: November 6, 2006
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION : November 6, 2006
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 6, 2006
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of November, 2006, and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of November, 2006 .
