ORDINANCE NO. 4844
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (44a) WINN STREET TO
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (44a) Winn Street is hereby added to Section
545, Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(44a) Winn Street At Fisher Drive
INTRODUCED: November 6, 2006
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: November 6, 2006
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: November 6, 2006
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 6, 2006
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of November, 2006, and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of November, 2006.
