ORDINANCE NO. 4845
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (234a) LOMBARD STREET TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (234a) Lombard Street of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows :
(234a) Lombard Street East side from Terrace Drive
to Easton Avenue
INTRODUCED: November 6, 2006
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: November 6, 2006
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION : November 6, 2006
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION : November 6, 2006
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of November, 2006, and approved by
the Mayor on the 8th day of November, 2006 .
