ORDINANCE NO. 4847
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 5 FOOT OF EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE WESTERLY EDGE OF
LOT 61 IN HEARTLAND HILLS SECOND ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted easement:
The existing 5 foot easement as platted along the
Westerly 5 feet of Lot 61 of Heartland Hills Second
Addition, except that part of the above easement that
lies within the Southerly 8 feet of said lot, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
