ORDINANCE NO. 4848
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 40' GREENWAY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE LOTS AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CROSSROADS BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted greenway easement :
The existing 40 foot greenway easement as platted along
Crossroads Boulevard in Lot 1, 2 and 3 of Crossroads
Plat No. 1;
And also;
The existing 40 foot greenway easement in that part of
Tract XG of Crossroads Plat No. 1 lying Northwesterly
of the Northwesterly line of Lot 1 of Crossroads Plat
No. 8 , a replat of part of Tract XG of Crossroads Plat
No. 1, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of the existing 30 foot easement as platted over, under
and above the above described property.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 20, 2006
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 20, 2006
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 20th day of November, 2006 and approved by
the Mayor on the 22nd day of November, 2006 .
