ORDINANCE NO. 4851
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF HALLOWELL
ROAD AND WILLOW STREET, NORTH OF THE RAILROAD
TRACKS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO.
4809 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Parcel "G"
That part of the Northeast Quarter (NES) and the
Southeast Quarter (SES) of Section Nineteen (19) ,
Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range Twelve West
(R12W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section
Nineteen (19) ; thence S89°33' 29"W Six Hundred Fifty-
three and Sixty-nine Hundredths (653 . 69) feet along the
North line of aforesaid Southeast Quarter (SES) to the
Northeast corner of parcel described in Land Deed 547,
Page 471, of the Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office
and to the point of beginning; thence N00°03' 03"W
Thirty-three (33 . 00) feet along the Northerly extension
of the East line of said parcel to a point on the
Easterly extension of the North right-of-way line of
Willow Street; thence S89°33' 44"W Two Hundred Seventy-
seven and Fifteen Hundredths (277 . 15) feet along said
Easterly extension and along said North right-of-way
line to a point on a line Forty-five (45. 00) feet West
of and parallel to the Northerly extension of the East
line of the West One-third (W1/3) of the East Half
(E1/2) of aforesaid Southeast Quarter (SE4) ; thence
S00°02' 33"E Seven Hundred Ninety-three and Eight
Hundredths (793 . 08) feet along said Northerly extension
and along said parallel line to a point on the Westerly
extension of the South line of aforesaid parcel; thence
N89°35' 37"E Seventy-four and Sixty-two Hundredths
(74 . 62) feet along said Westerly extension to the
Southwest corner of said parcel; thence N00°06' 39"W
Seven Hundred Sixty and Eleven Hundredths (760 . 11) feet
along the West line of said parcel to the Northwest
corner of said parcel; thence N89°33' 44"E Two Hundred
Three and Forty-three Hundredths (203 . 43) feet along
the North line of said parcel to the point of
beginning, containing 1 . 504 acres, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ordinance No. 4809 be, and the
same hereby repealed in its entirety.
