AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZON-
ING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A
REQUEST BY A -LINE ALO, LLC FOR A
SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"M -2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DIS-
TRICT TO ALLOW FOR. THE CON-
STRUCTION OF A 12,800 SQUARE
FOOT AIRPORT HANGAR, LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF 2814 BETSWORTH
DRIVE, SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF
AN ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE AIR-
CRAFT WINGTIP CLEARANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CIN OF WATER-

Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 50V9 as
amended, City of Waterloo Zoning
Ordinance, be amended to approve a site
plan amendment to the "M -2,P" Planned
