NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day
of May, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a
Hangar and Ground Site Lease Agree-
ment with A -Line ALO, LLC for property
located at 2802-2850. Livingston Lane, in
the amount of $364.58 per month, for a
term ending December 31, 2058.
Anyone who is interested mai appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City, Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
