TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day
of May, 2019, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers, k1 City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to authorize the
sale and conveyance of property located

Koelker Properties, LLC, in the amount of
$1.00, and to approve a Development
Agreement and Minimum Assessment
