NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day
of May, 2019, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, IA, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the
request by Black Hawk Contracting &
Development to vacate 1 foot 1 inch of a
15 foot storm sewer easement located
south of 1019 Vermont Street, legally
described as follows:
THE SOUTHERLY ONE (1) FOOT ONE
(1) INCH OF THE FIFTEEN (15) FOOT
STORM SEWER EASEMENT AS PLAT-
TED ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT
4 OF BALTIMORE FIELD 1STADDITION,
ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
