AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS (58a) DYSART ROAD AND
SHAULIS ROAD AND (134a) ISLE OF CAPRI
BOULEVARD AND SHAULIS ROAD TO SECTION 540,
OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL
DEVICES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (58a) Dysart Road and Shaulis Road and
(134a) Isle of Capri Boulevard and Shaulis Road are hereby added
to Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices, of
the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(58a) Dysart Road and Shaulis Road-Full Actuated
(134a) Isle of Capri Boulevard and Shaulis Road-Full Actuated
INTRODUCED: January 22, 2007
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: January 22, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: January 22, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: January 22, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 22nd day of January, 2007, and approved by
the Mayor on the 24th day of January, 2007 .
