ORDINANCE NO. 4853
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 10' X 40' PORTION
OF ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE PARK
AREA OFF SYCAMORE STREET BETWEEN EAST PARK
AVENUE AND EAST 4TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The Northwesterly Ten (10) feet of the Southeasterly
One Hundred Ten (110) feet of the Northeasterly 40 feet
of Lot 1 in Block 4, in the Original Plat, on the East
Side of the Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to city' s
retention of a utility easement over, under and above the above
described parcel .

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: February 5, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: February 5, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: February 5, 2007
