ORDINANCE NO. 4859
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (6) FIFTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (6) FIFTH
STREET (E) OF SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (6) Fifth Street (E) of Section 549, Loading
Zones, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (6) Fifth Street (E) of Section
549, Loading Zones, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(6) Fifth Street (E) Northwest side in 100 block
near north end of ramp;
southeast side in the 100
block; both sides in the 200
block
