ORDINANCE NO. 4860
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (7) FIFTH STREET (W)
OF SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (7) FIFTH
STREET (W) OF SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (7 ) Fifth Street (W) of Section 549, Loading
Zones, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (7) Fifth Street (W) of Section
549, Loading Zones, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(7) Fifth Street (W) Southeast side in 100 and 200
blocks; one zone on the
southeast side in 300 block
