AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN 8' X 44' STRIP OF
RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED ADJACENT TO
1445-1449 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The East 8 feet of the West 17 feet of the North 94
feet of Lot 9 in Auditor' s Plat of Part of Meadow Dale,
except the North 50 feet thereof, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and upon
all .
