ORDINANCE NO. 4862
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (202a) KENT CIRCLE TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (202a) Kent Circle of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows :
(202a) Kent Circle Both sides
INTRODUCED: March 19, 2007
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: March 19, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: March 19, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: March 19, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 19th day of March, 2007, and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the 21st day of March, 2007 .
