ORDINANCE NO. 4863
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (168 ) HEATH STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (168) HEATH STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (7) HEATH STREET OF
SECTION 552, NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (168) Heath Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(168 ) Heath Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All
Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(168) Heath Street East side from West Dale
Street to West Louise Street;
west side from West Dale to
West Donald Street; west side
in the 1800 and 1900 blocks
That Subsection (7) Heath Street of Section 552, No Parking
Between Signs, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in
its entirety.
