ORDINANCE NO. 4864
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (123) FIFTH STREET
(W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (123) FIFTH
STREET (W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (123) Fifth Street (W) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (123) Fifth Street (W) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(123) Fifth Street (W) Northwest side from Memorial
Court to Washington Street;
southeast side in the 200
block; one zone on southeast
side in the 300 block;
northwest side in the 500
block; south and southeast
side from Randolph to Grant;
north and northwest side from
Grant to Bayard; both sides
from Bayard to Martha

PASSED 1St CONSIDERATION: April 2, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: April 2, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: April 2, 2007
