ORDINANCE NO. 4869
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (13a) ANSBOROUGH AVENUE
AND OLYMPIC DRIVE TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE
TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (13a) Ansborough Avenue and Olympic Drive is
hereby added to Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-
Control Devices, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(13a) Ansborough Avenue and Olympic Drive—Full Actuated
INTRODUCED: May 21, 2007
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: May 21, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: May 21, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: May 21, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 21st day of May, 2007, and approved by the
Mayor on the 23rd day of May, 2007 .
