ORDINANCE NO. 4870
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN 8' 8" UTILITY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERN
PORTION OF LOT 151 IN CEDAR TERRACE 3RD
ADDITION AT 155 TRIBLE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement :
The eight foot eight inch (8' 8") platted easement that
lies North of and adjacent to the South line of Lot 151
of Cedar Terrace Third Addition, except that part lying
eight foot eight inch (8' 8") East of and adjacent to
the West line of said Lot 151, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
