ORDINANCE NO. 4872
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (125a) HIGHWAY 20 AND
IOWA HIGHWAY 21 RAMPS TO SECTION 540,
OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL
DEVICES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (125a) Highway 20 and Iowa Highway 21 Ramps
is hereby added to Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-
Control Devices, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(125a) Highway 20 and Iowa Highway 21 Ramps—Full Actuated
INTRODUCED: June 4, 2007
PASSED 1St CONSIDERATION: June 4, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: June 4, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: June 4, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 4th day of June, 2007, and approved by the
Mayor on the 6th day of June, 2007 .
